I love white. Lots of it. But when the photos of my listing went up white was all you saw. It was hard for buyers to envision what it could look like so all they saw was sterile. Enter Blank Slate. The staging was so cozy and home-like I would find excuses to go by the house and just sit and read email. Within weeks, we had an offer from a couple that had passed it up before the staging because they couldn't see the potential. Blank Slate staged a listing of mine last month. The house had completely been remodeled and was super nice, but it wasn't selling.
